He is a graduate in Business Administration with a master’s degree in finance. He has vast experience in non-banking financial matters. He was a financial consultant for drafting of regulations and supervision issues related to the non-banking financial industry (he drafted and/or collaborated in the drafting of several Supreme Decrees in this area). He has been the general manager of an insurance company, and a member of the Board of Directors of financial companies. He is the former Vice Minister of pension funds and insurances, as well as former Vice Minister of pensions and financial services, he works as a consultant for insurance companies, pension funds administrating companies, investment projects, he acts as an ad-hoc arbitrator to solve conflicts of financial nature.
